Products, stock and orders
Updated September 29, 2026
Checking products and stock from your connected TikTok Shop, ordering and receiving stock from the stock outlook, and checking shipping deadlines and returns.
What you can do
Once TikTok Shop is connected, COMSEE imports products, stock and orders every day so you can check in one place:
- Which products are likely to run out, and when. How many to order today
- Whether any listing settings leave buyers unable to purchase
- Whether any orders are past or close to their shipping deadline, and whether any returns still need a response
COMSEE does not change stock, prices or shipping status on TikTok Shop. Make those changes in Seller Center. COMSEE's stock records (movements and counts) are kept separately from the stock registered on TikTok.
Products & stock list
- The cards at the top show 30-day sales, products listed, listings that cannot be purchased, products with under 3 days of stock, and products whose supplier or price is not set. Select a number to filter to those products.
- Use "View" on the left to switch between Needs attention, Supplier or price not set, Live-sale allocations, Low stock, Price changed and All. The default is Needs attention.
- "Listing checks" shows problems with how buyers see a listing (for example, every SKU at 0 stock). Fix them from "Open Seller Center".
- "Products without a supplier" lets you link suppliers and regular wholesale prices in bulk. Once linked, orders outside a case's period are settled at that wholesale price.
- Days of stock in the table is how many days the stock lasts at the current pace. Anything over 90 days shows as "90 days or more".
Reading the stock outlook
On a product's page, "Stock outlook" shows the last 30 days of stock (solid line) and the stock if sales continue at the current pace (dashed line).
- The first line shows the expected stock-out date, such as "At this pace, stock runs out on 10/5". If stock lasts more than 90 days, no date is shown.
- The second line shows the delivery time and how many to order today. If stock runs out before delivery, it also shows how many days you will be out of stock.
- The dot on the chart is the stock-out date and the vertical line is the arrival date if you order today.
- The pace is the daily average of units sold in the last 14 days. The delivery time comes from the reorder settings or the supply terms (7 days if neither is set).
- Products with no sales in the last 14 days do not show a stock-out date.
COMSEE AI order suggestion
When a product needs ordering, COMSEE AI shows something like "You can create a purchase order for 30 to ... (¥15,000 at wholesale)" on the right. The quantity is the same as the suggestion on the Purchase orders page.
- Select "Open order suggestions". The "Purchase orders" page under Products & stock opens.
- Check the quantity and expected arrival date, then select "Create purchase order". The order becomes "Created".
- After sending it to the supplier, select "Mark as sent". Sent quantities are subtracted from the next suggestion, so nothing is ordered twice.
- When the goods arrive, select "Record arrival" on the order. The ordered quantity is filled in. Recording it marks the order "Received".
- In Seller Center, add the received units to your TikTok listed stock. Until they are listed, the same order is not suggested again. Instead, "Listed stock to update" and the product's "Add the units received to the listed stock in Seller Center" are shown.
For products without a supplier, first enter the supplier and wholesale price with "Link a supplier".
Stock records (movements, counts, reorder points)
Open them from "Stock records" on the left.
- Stock in / out: Use "Record stock in / out" to record units that entered or left the warehouse. The "Gap to listed stock" table compares the book stock calculated from your records with the stock registered on TikTok. If they differ, correct the registered stock in Seller Center. Records cannot be deleted; fix mistakes with an opposite record or the next count.
- Stock counts: Enter counted units with "Enter a stock count" and select "Confirm count". The differences from the book and registered stock are kept, and the count becomes the new starting point of the book.
- Reorder points: Use "Set reorder point" on a row to enter the reorder point, safety stock and delivery time. When stock falls to that level, an order is suggested even for products that are not selling.
Orders, shipping and returns
- The cards at the top show overdue shipments, shipments due today, the 30-day late shipment rate and returns awaiting a response. A late shipment rate over 4% can lead to TikTok Shop penalties.
- "Waiting to ship" lists unshipped orders, nearest deadline first. Overdue orders show the date, such as "Past the 9/25 23:59 deadline", along with when they will be cancelled automatically. Ship them from "Open Seller Center".
- "Returns" shows returns with a response deadline and the most common reasons chosen by buyers. "Cancellations" shows the number of cancellations and their reasons.
- In "Recent orders", select an order's profit to see the payout from TikTok and the profit after paying the supplier and shipping. Orders whose payout statement has not been imported yet show "Not paid out yet".
