Getting started

Create an account
Sign up with your email address and confirm it from the email you receive.

Create an organization
Create an organization under your company name. One person can belong to several organizations.

Connect TikTok Shop
In settings, choose "Connect TikTok Shop" and approve COMSEE's access on TikTok's page.

Invite by email from settings and choose their permission.

Connecting TikTok Shop and ad accounts
How do I connect TikTok Shop?
In settings, choose "Connect TikTok Shop" and approve COMSEE's access on TikTok's page. We never hold your password.
Can I connect an ad account too?
Yes. Once you approve your ad account, profit after ad spend appears for each deal and stream.
Will COMSEE change my shop on its own?
No. Changes to listings, prices, stock and so on run only after your staff approve them.

Progress, tasks and margins
What is a deal?
The unit that bundles selling one client's product, from first inquiry to settlement. Margins, scripts, streams and settlements are managed per deal.
How do I spot stalled deals?
The deal list shows each deal's current phase and how many days it has been stalled.
How are tasks created?
Automatically, from missing materials, sale deadlines and shipping or return deadlines. When you finish the work in Seller Center, COMSEE confirms it and closes the task.
How are margins estimated?
Sales volume is forecast in three scenarios (low, base, high), and profit is shown after commissions, returns, discounts, logistics and ad spend.
Scripts
Drafts, claim checks and approval
How are scripts made?
COMSEE drafts one from product materials and past streams. Your staff edit and finish it.
What do claim checks look at?
Wording to review under the Premiums and Representations Act and the PMD Act, with suggested fixes and reasons. Your staff make the final call.
Can clients review the script?
You can share the script with the client and record their approval.
Settlement
Payment matching and forecast vs. actual
What is payment matching?
Matching payouts from TikTok Shop and payments to clients, deal by deal.
Where do I compare forecast and actual?
Forecasts and results are recorded per deal and shown side by side. Results are used to correct the next forecast.
Can I see a cash flow outlook?
Yes, based on the expected payments for each deal.
Account
Members, permissions, sign-in and language
How do I invite members?
Invite by email from settings. Choose Owner, Operator or Viewer permissions.
Can I belong to several organizations?
Yes. Switch organizations at the top of the screen.
Can I see which devices are signed in?
Settings lists signed-in devices, and you can revoke each one.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page to reset it by email.
Which languages are supported?
Japanese and English. Switch in settings.
