Business data you register in the Service belongs to you. We handle it only to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service and to comply with the law. Intellectual property rights in the Service and its components belong to us or the applicable rights holders.

5. The Role of AI Suggestions

AI-generated suggestions the Service provides — pricing, listing copy, purchase orders, and the like — are reference information only; you bear responsibility for the final decision and its outcome. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with applicable law, including advertising and pharmaceutical regulations.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

We may change the Service's content, or suspend or terminate its provision, with prior notice to you. In an emergency, we may suspend the Service without prior notice.

We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Service is free of factual or legal defects. Except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.
