How to see stream plans, sale periods, sales events, deadlines and meetings in one calendar, the stream suggestions COMSEE AI places, the Next 14 days column, how to plan a stream, and how to register sales events and work through their preparation.
What the calendar is for
The calendar puts stream plans together with case sale periods, sales events, task deadlines and meetings in one view.
- The toolbar switches between Month, Week and Day. Month is the default. "‹" and "›" move back and forward, and "Today" returns to today.
- "Plan a stream" at the top right creates a stream plan.
- On narrow screens, a day-by-day list is shown instead of the month grid.
The month grid
- Each day lists streams as one-line tags (small photo, start time, title). Days with too many show "+n more". Select a tag to see the stream (host, case, partner, target sales).
- Case sale periods and sales events appear as bands; task deadlines and entry deadlines appear as marks. Overdue ones are red.
- When a stream overlaps another stream by the same host, the calendar says so.
Stream suggestions
When your past streams follow a steady interval, COMSEE AI places the next dates at the same interval on the calendar as suggestions.
- The line under the header shows bars of recent stream sales and the days since the last stream. It reads "No streams for n days since ...", "Next stream is scheduled for ..." or "Next suggested stream: ...", followed by the usual interval, the usual start time, the average sales per stream, and how many suggestions were placed.
- Suggestions are dashed boxes in the day (the start time and "Suggested stream"). Select one to open a stream plan with that date and time filled in. It becomes a plan only when you save it; suggestions are never saved on their own.
- Suggestions appear only for shops with 4 or more finished streams at a fairly steady interval. They are not forecasts; they extend the past interval as is.
Next 14 days
"Next 14 days" to the right of the calendar (below it on narrow screens) lists, day by day, streams, tasks, entry deadlines for sales events, sale periods and meetings.
- Overdue tasks are grouped under today's heading as a count with the oldest one.
- Suggested streams have a dashed photo frame and a "Suggested by COMSEE AI" tag.
- "Schedule the ... suggestion" at the bottom opens a stream plan with the earliest suggested date and time. Suggestions are not saved in bulk.
Plan a stream
- Open a new plan from "Plan a stream", a suggestion or a day.
- Enter the stream title, date, start and end, host, case, products to sell, target sales and notes. An end before the start is treated as the next day. You can choose the case and products later. Pick a registered host, or add a new one by name.
- Select "Plan stream".
Planned streams appear in the stream list and details. For prep and the stock a stream needs, see "Stream prep" and "From a planned stream to ordering, receiving and shipping" in Products, stock and orders.
Sales events
"Sales events" under "Prep & live" is where you register TikTok sales and your own campaigns and get their preparation done on time. The periods and entry deadlines of registered sales also appear on the calendar.
- There are three tabs: "Upcoming", "Ended" and "Shop promotions". "Shop promotions" shows the promotions created on Seller Center in your connected TikTok Shop, imported every morning. They cannot be edited from COMSEE.
- The "Upcoming" table lists the period, entry deadline, target entry date, preparation progress, number of target cases and products, and status (Not started, Running, Ended). In "Prep counted back from the deadline" above it, you can check the next preparation step, starting with the sale whose target entry date is nearest, and approve it in place.
- While orders are imported from TikTok Shop, a calendar overlays sale periods on daily sales.
Register a sale
- Select "Register a sale".
- Enter the type ("TikTok sale" or "Own campaign"), name, start date and end date.
- Enter the entry deadline and the review time in business days. Leave the deadline empty for a sale without one. The day that is the review time before the deadline becomes the target entry date.
- Target cases and products and a note are optional. Select "Register".
Work through the preparation
- The "Preparation" tab on the sale's details lists five preparation steps with due dates: sale price, stock, entry, hosts and promotional materials. Due dates are worked back from the target entry date and start date, skipping weekends and holidays.
- COMSEE AI proposes the steps that are not yet tasks. "Approve" turns one into a task, and "Decline" withdraws the proposal. Selecting "Propose preparation again" has COMSEE AI propose the steps not yet proposed. Nothing is proposed after the sale has started.
- Entry is done on Seller Center. "Enter on Seller Center" on the details takes you there.
- "Archive" in the details menu removes the sale from the list and calendar. Tasks you created stay.
