Walks through the basics of COMSEE with live demos, from product registration through using AI. Chapters are added over time.
Register a product (let AI handle it)
No need to type it all in by hand. Paste the URL of a page where the product is already listed, or just describe it to AI, and the form fills itself in.
- 1Open Products and press "Register" above the list
- 2Paste the source URL and press "Import from URL", or press "Build it with AI" and describe the product to the AI panel (e.g. "Spicy miso ramen, fresh noodles ×2, ¥560 wholesale — draft it")
- 3Review and adjust what AI filled in (shown highlighted)
- 4"Register" saves it as a draft. Fill in what listing requires, then "Submit for review" — you always make the final call
Ask AI when you're unsure (just pick an option)
When you're not sure which direction to take — marketing angle and the like — AI lays out options. Pick one with a radio button and send, and the conversation moves forward.
- 1Open the AI panel from the ✦ button in the top right on any screen
- 2Ask something like "I want a marketing banner for this product"
- 3Pick from the options AI presents and press "Send selection"
- 4Free-form input always works too — the options are just a shortcut
Generate marketing banners with AI
AI generates TikTok- and marketplace-ready marketing banners from your product photos. Candidates land in the Images panel — you decide whether to use them.
- 1Press "AI edit" in the Images panel of the product page, or ask via the AI panel
- 2Describe the angle (limited quantity, limited time, etc.) and generation starts (tens of seconds to a few minutes)
- 3Finished candidates appear automatically in the Images panel
- 4Set your favorite as the main image and save
Check orders and shipping
Orders from every channel land in one list. Move shipping forward based on the fulfillment method (warehouse or direct).
- 1Check new orders in Orders (filterable by status and order date)
- 2Tick the orders to ship and press "Ship in bulk", then enter the tracking number in Shipping and press "Issue shipping label"
- 3Ask the AI panel "how are today's orders looking?" for a summary
Check settlement
Sales performance is auto-tallied across channels and settled per period. Your payout breakdown is checkable anytime.
- 1Open Settlement to see one card per period, each showing sales, fees, and the payout
- 2Open "Per-product breakdown" to trace exactly which product earned what
- 3Buyout is settled at sourcing time, consignment is settled on what sells — the view differs by trade terms
Have AI draft a purchase order
AI detects SKUs that dropped below the reorder point and drafts an order rounded up to the MOQ (minimum order quantity). A person always makes the final call to place the order.
- 1Pick the target supplier in Purchase orders
- 2Press "AI purchase suggestion" to generate an order from demand and stock levels
- 3Review the suggested (SUGGESTED) SKUs, quantities, and rationale
- 4If it looks good: approve → confirm the order → confirm receipt
